Hummingbird Special Edition Pinot Noir 2024 – Limited Edition
With only 464 bottles produced, this is a strictly limited edition combining Caribbean rum craftsmanship with the winemaking experience of Leo Aumann.
After ageing in the tropics, the Barbados rum was finished in a selected 225-litre barrique barrel previously used for Pinot Noir. This special finish adds extra depth and complexity while keeping the rum well balanced.
Aromas: fruity grape notes, sugar cane, spices, dried fruits and hints of Pinot Noir
