Whole-cluster pressing from the Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grape. The Frizzante Rosé impresses the palate with its pleasant acidity, coupled with a lot of fruit. Delicate wild berry aroma.  A fruit basket full of berries completes the taste. Elegant; freshly effervescent, with a delicate and fine finish. With its fine fruity flavour and tingling freshness, it delivers an easy-going drinking experience.

Juice removal from the Pinot Noir grape. A delicate aroma of ripe berries and a fresh taste make this Blanc de Noir a true drinking pleasure. This sparkling wine is the perfect refreshment for any occasion.

A refreshing wine created for the "young wine lover". Very fruity, complex and harmonious. Full-bodied. A fresh, low alcohol wine with fine structure, in bouquet and taste, as well as tangy acidity. Matured in a steel tank. Guarantees the wine lover real Veltliner enjoyment, which also can be paired excellently with food. Supplemented with a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay. Full-bodied with fine structure - pure drinking pleasure.

This young wine was pressed from the varieties Grüner Veltliner, Muskateller, Weißburgunder Pinot blanc and Zierfandler. The GS underwent a slow, cold fermentation in order to preserve the unique fruit taste. Subtle citrus notes, finesse and elegance leading to a balanced finish.

The Chardonnay reveals ripe fruit and yellow pear in the nose. It is very compact and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of pome fruit, quince and citrus. With an exquisite body, the wine presents stylistic balance. Cool fermentation and the development with yeast, yield very complex aromas. Harmonious fresh fruity sweetness, hints of tangerines and apples, juicy with lots of minerals. An elegant Burgundy and excellent food companion.

This grape variety is distinguished due to its many possibilities of interpretation. On the palate Sauvignon blanc shows a good spiciness and persistence. Due to cool fermentation and lengthy exposure to yeast this wine has multilayered aromas.

White Riesling is often referred to as the "King of white wine grapes". Old vineyards and an excellent location are the characteristics of this wine. This Riesling is a classic representative of its type. Fine stone fruit flavor, dry with full-bodied acidity and an elegant fruity finish.

The Rotgipfler “Flamming” was named after the mountain location, Flamming, at Baden.  This Rotgipfler convinces with complexity, variety and ageing potential. Classic maturation in a steel tank with cool fermentation and lengthy exposure to yeast. In addition, the Flamming provides a compact taste experience. Exotic fruit nuances, the nose carries notes of ripe pear and tropical fruits. Very elegant, full and powerful on the palate.

The name “Wiege” (Cradle) comes from the name of the mountain location near Baden. 90% of the ageing took place in steel tanks and 10% in small French oak barrels. Produced by spontaneous fermentation and lengthy contact with fine yeast, this Rotgipfler is convincing due to its distinctive character and powerful structure. Smooth texture, complemented by exotic fruit nuances.

Old vines from Badenerberg are the foundation stones for this powerful wine. Extremely low yield, late harvest and 100% healthy grapes characterize its structure. Ageing took place for 10 months in new 500-l barrels of French oak, 1st and 2nd fill.  Strong yellowish-green, subtle toasted aromas. Explosive on the palate, fiery body, very powerful with a firm backbone. Beautiful length and good potential for development. 

Classic Cuvée is a red wine of Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Merlot. It was possible to create this cuvée specifically, because the varieties were harvested separately.  The wine was aged for a year to slowly reach its maturity. The wine made from these ripe grapes has a beautiful, bright ruby colour with a fruity-spicy nose and a soft, pleasant finish. 

To ensure the best quality, only healthy grapes were harvested and then gently processed. The ageing took place in small French oak barrels. The Refugium is a full-bodied red wine, which flatters the palate. A strong, round finish ensures a pleasant aftertaste.

90% Zweigelt and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon - a very harmonious mixture. A selective fusion resulting in a complex red wine. In order to obtain the best quality, it was harvested by hand and then gently processed. Aged in small French oak barrels for 12 months. The Zweigelt CS Reserve is a full-bodied, harmonious red wine and therefore already pleasant to drink. It has attractive fruit aromas and a strong, round aftertaste. 

The hand selection of ripe grapes and a 12 month maturity in small, French oak yield a strong, complex merlot. A deep ruby color, elegant roasted flavors, smoky spiciness with an echo of sweetness.

Ripe grapes - harvested at the right time - are the basic prerequisites for a typical Pinot Noir. Cool spontaneous fermentation and aged in 500-liter barrels for 12 months.

A very elegant red wine, red berries with an herby flavour and velvety tannins.

The Ried Bockfuss vineyard is situated 300 meters above see level on the Baden Berg and boarders the Viennese forest. The wine displays subtle strawberry and raspberry notes, typical for Pinot noir. It is elegant, multilayered and captivates through a lively fresh finish.

One of the finest "domestic" red wine varieties as well as one of the most durable. Matured for 12 months in small French oak barrels, 1st and 2nd fill.  Strong, dark red colour, very fine, fruity-cherry flavour. Dense, intense with good structure. Top wine, which has a good ageing potential.

Our St. Laurent is produced only from the best vintages. A major requirement being that the grapes are hand pick and selected. The wine is matured in 500 liter French oak barrels. Dark red in color, roasted, spicy fruit and powerful tannins in the finish.

A red wine in Bordeaux style - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt. Matured in small, new, French oak barrels. Delicate nougat-chocolate fruit, pure blueberries, an exceedingly elegant wine. Concentrated, thick with charm and length.

Harterberg is located south of Baden near Vienna. The "Harterberg Merlot" is only harvested from the best vintage. Ageing took place in 100% new 225-l barrels of French oak, 1st fill for 30 months. Dark berry aroma of black currants, extremely dense and concentrated. Fleshy flavour with lots of charm and length. Very good ageing potential. 

The location at Badnerberg is about 300 m above sea level. From there a wonderful view all the way to Vienna is possible. St. Laurent & Merlot characterize this powerful red wine, which is only bottled from the best vintage. Ageing took place in 100% new 500-l French oak barrels, 1st fill for 30 months. Deep dark colour with violet reflections. Delicate chocolate, fine oaky flavour, dark berries. Juicy, well integrated tannins, powerful finish, nougat in the aftertaste, great ageing potential.
