Hummingbird Barbados Ed. 3/24 – Tradition Meets Innovation

This molasses-based rum is a blend of 8-year-old Column Still rum and a small amount of 5-year-old Pot Still rum, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels under tropical conditions in Barbados.

For its second ageing, the rum was finished in a sweet wine barrel previously used for Beerenauslese. This special finish adds depth and gives the rum its unique character. Its smooth fruitiness and elegant sweetness make it a great choice for rum lovers looking for high-quality and authentic rum.

Aromas: vanilla, sugar cane, grapes, dried fruits, banana and coconut
