This dessert wine made of Rotgipfler-grapes from the location Rodauner was harvested at 27 degrees KMW°. The whole grapes were gently pressed and aged in steel tanks.
Light gold-yellow, aromatic smell, fine nuances of ripe apricot, pear, flexible and complex in the taste with a good balance between sweetness and acerbity, exotic yellow fruits and a long finish. The Beerenauslese is not too strong and a great pleasure to drink. It already is very accessible but can also age in the cellar for some years.
