This Rotgipfler Beerenauslese from Ried Rodauner was harvested at 26° KMW. The whole grapes were gently pressed and the wine was then aged in stainless steel tanks.
Bright golden yellow in colour. Very aromatic on the nose, with fine notes of ripe apricot and peach. Smooth and complex on the palate, with a good balance between sweetness and acidity, exotic yellow fruit and a long finish.
This Beerenauslese is not too rich and is very enjoyable to drink. It is already drinking well now, but can also be aged in the cellar for several years.
