The Badnerberg vineyard is located around 300 metres above sea level and offers a beautiful view from Baden to Vienna.

St. Laurent and Merlot form the basis of this powerful red wine, which is only produced in the best vintages. It was aged for 30 months in 100% new 500-litre French oak barrels.

Deep, dark colour with violet reflections. Aromas of dark berries, chocolate and fine oak spice. On the palate, the wine is juicy and powerful, with well-integrated tannins and hints of nougat on the long finish. Excellent ageing potential.

Grape varieties: 60% St. Laurent, 40% Merlot
